General photo delivery is one business day after the on-site appointment. If you need a rush delivery, please let us know.
Appointment cancellations must be made within 24 hours.
Realist Drone Services retains all image and media copyrights. You will receive a limited copyright license agreement for use of the photos while you are representing the listing.
Domain name purchases are non-refundable once you have been provided your URL.
Important Reminder
Please do not schedule any other services the day of your appointment. Also, for the safety of our photographers, we will not enter a home without pets crated or put in a separate room with the door closed. Unfortunately, if we arrive at an appointment with the pet loose in the house and there is no one home to crate the animal, we will have to reschedule the appointment.
